Two nights year-round, three in December and five over New Year. Single nights are sometimes possible within a week of arrival — call and ask.

Free up to seven days before arrival on every rate except New Year. Inside seven days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay.

One night per room, taken when you confirm. The rest is settled at checkout.

On suites and villas, both ways, from either the airport or the port. On rooms, transfers are ₹3,500 each way for up to three people.

Someone will be at arrivals whatever the hour, and reception is staffed all night. Send us the flight number and we track it.

Usually, from around noon, depending on the previous departure. If the room is not ready you can use the spa and pools in the meantime.

Family Suites, Garden Villas and the lower pool are set up for children. Cliffside categories take guests from age eight only, because the terrace stairs are unguarded.

The resort is built down a cliff, so quite a few. There is a lift serving the upper three levels and a buggy on the top path. Tell us at booking if steps are a problem and we will place you accordingly.

Yes, on every rate. Served 7:30 to 11:00 at Kokum or on your own terrace at no extra cost, and there is no set menu.

Dogs under 12 kg in the Garden Villas only, ₹2,200 a night, with a bed and bowls provided. Not in cliffside categories or the restaurants.

On your own terrace and in the two marked areas by the upper path. Smoking indoors carries a cleaning fee of ₹12,000.

Small weddings and private dinners, yes — up to sixty people, and never more than a third of the resort at once. Nothing runs on the terraces past eleven.
